EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
Please be mindful when purchasing with us as we do not offer refund's for change of mind, wrong choice as well as shipping delays on pre orders and deliveries. It is important to Read item and order description before purchasing. If you would like your order refunded, please return item within 30 days of purchase to receive credit note or exchange for other items.
Shipping for exchanges and returns are not covered by us and not included in credit note refund. Please note transit delays may occur. Courier, trucking and Australia Post delays are not our responsibility once dispatched, We will do our best in ensuring we can track orders dispatched and keep customers up to date.
If your item appears faulty when you receive it please contact us at email@example.com immediately! (Returned requests cannot be processed after 30 days of receiving product. From time to time we understand customers may not open their order because of moving house, renovations etc, It is crucial that you open your order to check for faults and condition before the 30 day period ends. we cannot accept a return if a customer does not choose to open and view their order after 30 days as well as delayed communication on customers behalf in processing exchange and returns. If the customer does not reply with a decision when providing service to exchange or refund enquiries within 30 days we unfortunately cannot process the enquiry.
If the incorrect Address is entered during checkout, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to send order again if returned to us, Please ensure all details are correct before purchasing.
For Item exchanges or credit note.
- Email Oak Studios (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days of receiving order. (Item returned enquiries outside of 30 day period cannot be processed under any circumstances.)
- Item's must be returned in original unopened condition (original packaging and box) in order to process exchange or credit note refund. Exchange's may not be accepted if you do not have original packaging etc. Is it the customers responsibility to pay for shipping in order to exchange their product.
- Credit note's will be sent in form of a Gift Card.
For faulty/damaged goods received (Please email us immediately)
Please note Rattan is a natural, renewable plant product. Slight imperfections, colour vary and natural markings are not considered as a fault or damage, Slight gaps caused by rattan not being naturally 100% straight may arise from time to time, Please keep in mind this is not a machine engineered product and that you have a naturally unique piece made by hand, We will always assess each product enquiry carefully to achieve the best outcome for our customers
- Please note: If you have chosen a courier service over our flat rate trucking fee, we do not hold any liability to orders arriving damaged from courier handling. We only provide service to parcels damaged from Australia Post and our trucking service. We recommend purchasing transit warranty if choosing a courier service.
- Please email your order confirmation number followed by clear photos of the fault/damage so we can asses each customer's return individually.
- Item/s must be returned in original unopened condition (original packaging and tags attached).
- Gift Cards may not be returned.
- Warehouse sale item's will not be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Items that are on sale or sample sale stock are non refundable
