Shipping Flat Rate Service & Courier Service 
Oak Studios Supports an Australian small Business when its comes to shipping, Our flat rate truck delivery provides a super special service and product care when delivering all Large bulky furniture items,  We choose to Delivery our goods via Truck delivery to ensure a safe transit and arrival. Medium items are shipped via (Startrack Road Express), Oak Studios will not be liable for courier transit damage. Large furniture items may take up to 14 days to dispatch from HQ once purchased, the reason for this is that our Truck driver may already be on a delivery run and will return to pick up the next. Thank you for your understanding 

Prices of products are subject to change
Oak Studios Reserves the right to change the price of our products in accordance to manufacturing and shipping costs rising from time to time, Prices are changed between restocks and launches and normally with notice to customers.

Please be mindful when purchasing with us as we do not offer refund's for change of mind, wrong choice as well as shipping delays on pre orders. Refunds are only available if your order arrives damaged/faulty

For Item exchanges or credit note.

  • Email Oak Studios ( within 30 days of receiving order. (Item returned enquiries outside of 30 day period cannot be processed under any circumstances unfortunately.) 

  • Item's must be returned in original unopened condition (original packaging and box). Exchange's may not be accepted if you do not have original packaging etc. Is it the customers responsibility to pay for shipping in order to exchange their product. 

  • Please note it is the customer's responsibility to cover return shipping costs unless item is damaged. ( Larger faulty items returned shipping costs are only covered to send back to our HQ)

  • Credit note's will be sent in form of a Gift Card.

For faulty/damaged goods received (Please email us immediately)

Please note Rattan is a natural, renewable plant product. Slight imperfections, colour vary and natural markings are not considered as a fault or damage, Slight gaps caused by rattan not being naturally 100% straight may arise from time to time, Please keep in mind this is not a machine engineered product and that you have a naturally unique piece made by hand, We will always assess each product enquiry carefully to achieve the best outcome for our customers.

  • If your item appears faulty  when you receive it please contact us at immediately! (Returned requests cannot be processed after 14 days of receiving product.)

  • Please note: If you have chosen a courier service over our flat rate trucking fee, we do not hold any liability to orders arriving damaged from courier handling. We only provide service to parcels damaged from Australia Post and our trucking service. We recommend purchasing transit warranty if choosing a courier service.

  • Please email your order confirmation number followed by clear photos of the fault/damage so we can asses each customer's return individually.
  • Item/s must be returned in original unopened condition (original packaging and tags attached).

  • Gift Cards may not be returned.

  • Warehouse sale item's will not be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit.
