RETURNS

OAK STUDIOS reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our delivery and returns policy.

OAK STUDIOS wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we're here to help you get your order correct.

We offer a store credit/exchange if the item/s are returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery and in accordance with our terms and conditions of returns. For Faulty items received please refer to our steps below.

 How to return your Oak Studios piece

1- When you receive your order you must open and inspect and return within first 7 days to allow a refund via credit note or exchange.

2- Items must be in original packaging and cannot be sent back in a different box, order will be refused and sent back.

3- Read our terms & conditions of purchase below to avoid any confusion & processing delays.

5- Post back to address provided by us once emailed. Regular or Express shipping method is up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We do suggest you get a return tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns.

6- Once the items arrives with us, We will inspect and assess your item. You will receive an email confirmation that your items have been exchanged or your store credit is ready to use.

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods.

 

SALE / DISCOUNTED ORDERS

Items marked 'sale' or discounted with a promotional code are not eligible an exchange. Only Store Credit - No Exceptions

If items bought with a discount code are returned, you will be issued a store credit of the amount paid to repurchase the desired item, we do not allow a further discount code to repurchase.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All ITEMS WITH PRICE ALREADY DISCOUNTED ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

 

FULL PRICE ORDERS

Full priced items are eligible for returns and store credit issued within 7 days.  We do not reimburse for return shipping. All refunds are given of the full price value of the item minus the initial shipping cost of the order.

Returns & store credits are processed within 2 business days after item is received and checked. A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.

FAULTS

Please note Rattan is a natural, renewable plant product. Slight imperfections, colour vary and natural markings are not considered as a fault or damage, Slight gaps caused by rattan not being naturally 100% straight may arise from time to time, Please keep in mind this is not a machine engineered product and that you have a naturally unique piece made by hand, We will always assess each product enquiry carefully to achieve the best outcome for our customers.

If you across a fault in your item which you deem to be a manufacturing fault Please contact our team at info@oakstudios.com.au with clear photos so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.  

 

STORE CREDITS

A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase your desired piece! Store Credits have no expiry.

 

AFTERPAY RETURNS 
If you return an AfterPay order where you purchased sale items or used a discount code on your order you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

 

RETURN FEES & PENALTIES

• Oak Studios reserve the right to refuse returns & not honour refunds on items that have been unpackaged, used, returned in a non Oak studios box.

• In the occurrence of items returned within these conditions we will void your refund/store credit. Returning of piece back to the customer will incur a return shipping cost to be paid by the customer.


SHIPPING & TRANSIT WARRANTY

• Oak Studios use the following delivery companies;

- Startrack Express ATL
- Sendle ATL
(We do not use Australia Post)

Please note - we do not hold liability for transit timeframes, All tracking numbers and updates are given to customers for orders in transit.

• Oak Studios does not hold responsibility for transit damage if you choose the no warranty shipping option. Our shipping option will now have a warranty you can choose to cover transit damage.

If the incorrect Address is entered during checkout, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to send order again if returned to us, Please ensure all details are correct before purchasing. If you are having an order being sent to a business address, please include business name on address as couriers will only deliver to business's on label.
